We reserve the right to suspend access in the event of violations.

  1. PRODUCTS & DESCRIPTIONS

Products may be available in limited quantities and exclusively online.

Images (including renders and prototypes) are for illustrative purposes only.
Final products may differ due to:

  • handcrafted production

  • batch differences

  • manufacturing tolerances

Compliance with the general description and intended functionality of the product remains guaranteed.

  1. PRICES & AVAILABILITY

Prices may change without notice before purchase.

We reserve the right to modify prices and descriptions, limit quantities or discontinue products.

  1. ORDERS

An order represents a purchase proposal.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • evident errors

  • product unavailability

  • suspected fraudulent activity

If payment has already been completed, a refund will be issued.

  1. SHIPPING & STORE PICKUP

Shipping and pickup methods are regulated by the Shipping Policy.

The customer accepts that:

  • pickup is by appointment only

  • identification documents may be required

  • a signature upon delivery may be requested

Store pickup does NOT invalidate rights applicable to online purchases.

  1. USED OR DISPLAY PRODUCTS

Some products may be sold as:

  • used

  • display items

  • products with damaged packaging

  • unsealed products

The product conditions are clearly stated within the product page.

The customer accepts these conditions, without prejudice to rights relating to:

  • undeclared defects

  • shipping errors

  • product non-conformity

  1. PRE-ORDERS

8.1 Standard Products

Full payment is required at the time of order.

8.2 Resin / Customized Products

20% deposit ("caparra confirmatoria"). Remaining balance due after 60 days or once the product becomes available.

  1. PRE-ORDER AVAILABILITY

Release dates are indicative and may change.

We are not responsible for supplier delays.

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once complete.

  1. CANCELLATION & WITHDRAWAL

Standard Products

  • Within 14 days → full refund

  • After 14 days → 20% cancellation fee

  • After shipment → cancellation not possible

👉 The legal right of withdrawal after delivery remains valid.

Resin / Customized Products

Withdrawal rights are excluded where permitted by law.

As these are unique, numbered and customer-assigned products, order cancellation is not permitted.

In the event of supplier cancellation, a full refund will be issued without deductions.

  1. RETURNS & WARRANTY

Please refer to the Return & Refund Policy.

The legal guarantee of conformity remains applicable.

  1. DAMAGES & FRAGILE PRODUCTS (RESIN STATUES)

In the event of damage, customers must report the issue within the indicated timeframe. One of the following solutions may be proposed:

  • replacement

  • repair

  • refund based on the extent of the damage only if repair is not possible

For LED/light issues, only a partial refund may be granted.

  1. ERRORS

Possible errors may occur regarding:

  • prices

  • descriptions

  • availability

We reserve the right to correct such errors and cancel related orders.

  1. EXTERNAL LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party website content.

  1. PRIVACY

Please refer to the Privacy Policy.

  1. LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW

Italian law shall apply.
