PRE-ORDERS, Availability & Payment Terms
Some products available on our store may be purchased as pre-orders. This option is available for items not immediately available or currently out of stock, as indicated on the relevant product page (please always refer to the estimated availability date shown).
Pre-Order Payment Terms
Standard Products (non-customized)
Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Handcrafted Products / Artistic Resin Statues / Limited Editions
For all personalized or unique products (including limited edition artistic resin statues), a 20% deposit ("caparra confirmatoria") of the total purchase price is required. The remaining balance will be charged 60 days after payment of the deposit or once the product becomes available, whichever occurs first.
By accepting these terms, the customer expressly acknowledges that, where permitted by law and as specified in the “Terms of Service and Refund Policy” section, a cancellation fee or deposit retention may apply.
Availability & Shipping Times
Release dates shown within product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and may change without prior notice at the discretion of the manufacturer or distributor.
Such changes are beyond our control; therefore, MaaxStar Collectibles shall not be held responsible for delays in availability or shipment of pre-order products.
Orders containing pre-order items will only be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise specified. If you wish to receive in-stock items immediately, we recommend placing separate orders.
Cancellation & Refund Policy for Pre-Orders
Standard Products (non-customized)
Right of Withdrawal:
Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery pursuant to Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, without penalties and with a full refund.
Cancellation before shipment:
If the cancellation occurs within 14 days from order confirmation → full refund.
If the cancellation occurs after 14 days from order confirmation and before shipment → a 20% cancellation fee of the total product price will be retained to cover management costs, supplier reservation fees and administrative expenses already incurred.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Handcrafted Products, Artistic Resin Statues & Limited Editions
Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods.
Limited edition artistic resin statues sold by MaaxStar Collectibles are unique or numbered pieces handcrafted by independent studios. Each product is specifically produced and/or allocated to the customer at the time of pre-order confirmation and cannot be resold as new to other customers.
For this reason:
Once the pre-order has been confirmed, cancellation or refund requests are no longer permitted except in cases of manufacturing defects or supplier cancellation.
The 20% deposit ("caparra confirmatoria") will be retained in the event the customer fails to complete the purchase.
Supplier Cancellation
In the event the supplier cancels the product or the item becomes permanently unavailable, MaaxStar Collectibles will issue a full refund of all amounts paid without deductions.

Used, Displayed or Damaged Packaging Products
Orders containing products sold as:

display items
-
used products
-
products with damaged packaging
-
explicitly sold as unsealed
cannot be cancelled after purchase confirmation, as the customer knowingly accepts the declared condition of the product as described within the product listing.
In the event of shipping errors or discrepancies compared to the description, the customer shall be entitled to correction through return or refund procedures (see Return Policy).
Communication & Confirmation
Customers will receive an order confirmation email containing all details regarding the pre-order, payments made, payment methods and estimated timeframes.
All conditions relating to pre-orders, delivery estimates and payment methods are clearly stated within the product page and order summary. Customers are invited to carefully review all information before confirming the purchase.
