Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours from payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
Delivery is estimated within 5 business days unless otherwise stated for specific products, in cases of force majeure or delays caused by couriers, for which MaaxStar Collectibles shall not be held responsible.
Shipping is free for orders over €100 within Italy.
For orders below €100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for domestic shipments.
For orders within the European Union, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination address, parcel dimensions and weight.
For selected destinations, customs duties, taxes, import charges or additional fees requested by local authorities are not included in the final price and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Important Notice
For oversized or bulky products, pickup point delivery may not be available.
In the event of an incorrect shipping method selection, the customer will be contacted to arrange an alternative delivery solution.
Once the order has been completed, a tracking number will be provided to monitor the shipment.
For Pre-Order products, tracking information will only be provided once the item has been fully paid and is ready for shipment.
Customers are invited to carefully review the estimated availability date displayed on the product page. Tracking information will only be provided once the item is effectively available and ready to ship.
For “Statue - Pre Order” products, shipping costs and customs charges are included in the final price, with estimated delivery times of approximately 60 days for ready-to-ship products.
High-demand periods (Chinese New Year, summer season, Black Friday, Christmas holidays) may cause shipping delays.
In the event of parcel loss officially confirmed by the courier company, a full refund of the order contents will be issued.
If the customer is unavailable to receive the delivery after several reasonable attempts or notifications, the delivery obligation shall be considered fulfilled. From that moment onward, responsibility for collecting the parcel rests with the customer.
If the parcel is not collected within the established timeframe and is returned to the seller, this shall not constitute a contractual breach.
Unless otherwise agreed, the seller is not obligated to arrange a second shipment or issue a refund and may deduct shipping and return costs in the event of reshipment.
Store Pickup
Store pickup is available by appointment only and after receiving the “Ready for Pickup” confirmation email.
At the time of collection, the customer must provide:

For security reasons, a valid ID and signature on a delivery confirmation form will be required.
For all Pre-Order products, pickup timeframes displayed before the official product release are not valid until the item has officially launched and arrived at our warehouse.
Customers must wait for official communication before presenting themselves for pickup.
Hand Delivery & Local Delivery
Hand delivery is available by appointment only.
Local delivery within a 30 km radius from Orbassano (TO), Italy may be available depending on the shipping address entered at checkout.
In all cases, delivery remains subject to confirmation and prior agreement regarding date and time.
After the order has been completed, the customer will be contacted by phone to arrange the delivery details.
