Once you submit your request using this form, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt at the email address you provided. The request will then be processed by our team, who will verify the information provided and send you a follow-up communication with all operational instructions for handling the return.

If you have logged into your customer account, you can independently manage return requests and, where applicable, cancellation requests directly from the My Orders section of your profile.
